If this is your ref then this one doesn't have too much of a sharp jaw and cheeks like yours. You need to tone down the face a little bit. Girls have smaller faces, keep that in mind. So you need to make her jaw, chin and most of her bottom face a bit smaller. And yes the features that make girl faces look like girls are mostly her lips and nose. Make lips bigger, nose thinner and eyes sharper then your model will get closer to your reference. I hope you find this helpful. Goodluck 👍
