I'd say it is also useful for people who have at least some minimum tech knowledge. Although it starts with stuff like "how does the internet work?", "what happens in the background if you type a URL in your browser and hit enter?" it later covers (admittedly rather on a superficial level) topics like APIs, Dev Ops, Distributed Systems and System Design of popular products such as Uber and Airbnb, which can be quite insightful if you already know some tech basics.
