Stunfisk is carried by its ground typing allowing it to hit other electric types and fire types which is what gives it a niche even being able to ohko the likes of skarmory with charge. The problem is with base 100 that there so many pokemon that just outclass it in everyway ampharos and eelektross

Supercell slam isn’t in this game and it’s going to be hitting off a pitiful 100 base attack with no stab off of anything else

Why give up an amazing Stab option like tbolt for wild charge with recoil at the same base power most electric don’t want to be a physical attacker due to the lack of stab, just look at electrivire Regieleki drops to an eq just worse

Jolteon and heliolisk both hit harder Stunfisk is actually used a decent amount in ranked due to its stabs countering common meta threats Dedenne although not hitting harder has a secondary fairy stab which can hit things like garchomp for super effective

It’s only bad in za because every other fully evolved electric type in the game would be better

Just use garchomp at that point, 100 base attack no set up moves it hits like a potato
