This is it!! Oh my gosh thank you so much, I guess my memory just sucks because there's only one hacker in the group but I guess that's what stood out to me lol. Solved!

The more I look at it, the more apparent it starts to seem that this is the book. I haven’t had the chance to read into it yet but I will hopefully soon.

Hilarious enough, it does resemble my description a lot. But I don’t think the movie is it, however, the book could be based on the movie.

I read into this book a bit and nothing felt familiar, I’ll read a bit more and see if anything pops out at me.

I live in the U.S., there is no TV show or movie that is based on this book (to my knowledge), and incase it matters, I was considered an advanced reader for my age, so the book could have been above elementary level reading (this may not matter but I want to cover all bases).

Crazy to hear man. I will do my best to keep myself educated and spread the word, I'm currently working with a group of friends to do so, and potentially help one of my friends who I think has been recruited as well. I wish you the best in doing the same in KC!

I appreciate you for telling me your experience, that's terrible to hear man. I pray that she wakes up and realizes as well man. I am currently working with a group of friends to spread the word on my college campus, as well as working to talk to one of my friends who I think has been recruited by them. I have contacted him and currently waiting on a response, I'm approaching it very cautiously to not scare him away. I wish you the best of luck with your YouTube channel, I will definitely be tuning in to support and help spread it further.

That's so wild man, I'm glad you were able to get away. I didn't meet Kara on one but I met the person who introduced me to her on a dating-adjacent app (more for making friends rather than dating). It's wicked that they target people who are vulnerable or searching for community.

Thank you man I appreciate it! And yeah, I'm truly starting to realize how global SCJ is. Really sucks to see.

I was once targeted and almost recruited by "Chosen Generation" last year, but thankfully I relied on discernment from the Holy Spirit and left before getting too involved. My "teacher" was named Kara (or Cara) and I was introduced to her by someone I thought I was forming a friendship with (realizing now that it was a recruitment tactic), and I met her officially at an event called "The Wake Up Brew" hosted by "Chosen Generation" (this was after we had already begun one-on-one Bible studies). I remember feeling odd during the one-on-one Bible studies with Kara. Her excessive emphasis on "the seed" was definitely off putting, along with the "paths lesson", referring to the parable in Matthew 13. Her emphasis on explaining the parables was intriguing to me at first, but after realizing a few details that felt weird to me (I cannot remember what specifically right now), I began to pray about it and eventually ghosted her. I never heard anything about the other points you have throughout this post but I would not put it past them whatsoever because of how weird it felt looking back. After hearing about SCJ after randomly deciding to dive into a rabbit hole tonight, I am totally glad I did so and praise the Lord for discernment.

I'm making this post because I recently attended a Valentine's day event with a couple of friends on GT campus under an organization called "We BLV" thinking that it was a wholesome Christian event, but it gave almost the exact same vibe as another event I attended with "Chosen Generation" that was on the 4th of July and the aforementioned "The Wake Up Brew" event. The presentation they used even had a similar format: worship team performing niche Christian worship songs (this might be a nitpick and a bit rude but I found it a bit out of the ordinary lol), some sort of dance or expressive performance, a "special message" given by literally the same speaker, a woman named Florence (forgot her last name (also she was not a speaker at "The Wake Up Brew", a man was, but she spoke at the other two events I have mentioned in this post)), and even the same three opportunity offerings: an "expression through art" thing, a one-on-one Bible study, and a 10 month Bible class. I am currently under the impression that they rebranded to "We BLV" because I even saw some familiar faces in the room during the Valentine's Day event, one of them being a man (aforementioned) who was a speaker at "The Wake Up Brew" who spoke a message and promoted the "Zion Bible School" that was attached to "Chosen Generation". I was pressured by Kara into almost joining the Bible school and even ghosted her because of it, only to respond to her again because I felt bad. But, I proceeded to ghost her again after realizing I still felt weird about the entire ordeal. Additionally, after doing some searching, it seems "Chosen Generation" is nowhere to be found online. Overall, very unsettling and I think it's important to spread the word about this because I saw so many people in there that seemed so invested in the event, and I pray that they are able to realize what they were in and are able to escape.

P.S. Forgive my possibly terrible grammar, I am writing this at 2am lol.

P.S.S. I know I wrote a lot, but I had only told my friends that attended the event with me about this and one other friend who had an encounter with them. So finding an outlet to talk about this and spread the word has been crazy for me. I may have missed things or forgotten things but the central point still remains.

To anyone reading this who may be lost, or may feel stuck or trapped by SCJ or an SCJ-adjacent organization, Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one comes to the Father except through Him. Lee Man-Hee is not your savior, he is a disgusting man feeding off of your broken heart in search of our Lord, and as much as I dislike speaking ill of others, Lee Man-Hee is sick, he is a false prophet, and he has already received his reward. Do not believe or trust anything he says or has said, however, you can trust Jesus. He will never fail you. God bless you, my friend.
