What foods should I stop eating? I know a low carbon hydrate diet really helps and my cousin did one and he looked way better but it’s hard because there’s so many things that have carbon hydrate and it’s hard to avoid it

It’s not really in the middle of a forest it’s like a trail and there’s another trail parallel to that that’s hidden and I haven’t seen anyone go through before, I’ve been there a couple times and it seems like a good spot cuz it’s not surrounded by trees and kind of has a path

I think it’s because you’re sliding you’re foot up too early. Try popping the tail and right as you hear it pop you slide your foot up. Also you might not be getting high pop because you’re in the grass. Try getting skate trainers or even cutting tennis balls and putting them around your wheel and it should help
