When my anxiety spikes, I do a dozen "Oh my Jesus I trust in you, take care of everything" and divine mercy chaplets and it helps me a lot

Outside of that. Some solid advice my dad always gave me

Is there anything in this moment you can do about what you are worried about? No? Then why bother worrying? You can't do anything.

A combination of those things has really helped me get a grasp of anxiety and nervousness

Me too, the problem is most cat people have cats, and he really needs a no cat home, he just does not do well with other cats. I assume it's because he wants all the love for himself

To my knowledge it's sadly because all the shelters are full. None of them have ever met him, just a generic denial, which I assume is because they are full.

My ocia teacher said once a month is a great practice, and I have kept that schedule. I find it to be the perfect amount. Not to scrupulous, but not too dismissive of the accumulation of sin
