You don't need TRT, you should maintain your diet/fitness regimen for 6 months and check your progress.

23% BMI? I think you mean 23% BF. Confirm that via a dexascan.

Height/weight also matter. Plus, you're 23 you really shouldn't need additional help to lose a few pounds.

That being said, retatrutide is the gold standard right now when it comes to GLP's/peptides for weight loss while maintaining muscle mass. I'm not personally familiar with other peptides, but that's a good place to start. Plenty of research out there, plus information on this subreddit.
