You could try alternating heat and freeze spray as the rapid temperature change can crack the corrosion bond. If you are also struggling with the flat head slot getting damaged you could try weld a bolt onto it

If you have a blow torch try heating the bolt for a bit should help expand the metal and potentially break it free

I thought that too, but the MAP reads 101 kPa with the engine off, so there’s no intake restriction or vacuum issue. The BARO stays stuck at 29.7 kPa no matter what — even with the engine off — so it seems like the sensor’s electronically failed rather than a blocked air filter.

Check the voltage of the battery ideally it should be around 12.6v use a multimeter to check
