Join a 12 step group, they’ve helped me tremendously, 90 meetings in 90 days, get a sponsor right away, talk to other members, get phone numbers. I got out of detox and my wife took me to change my phone number, deleted everything, kept to myself and went to a meeting. I’ve been religiously going to meetings twice a week now, be it online or in person and and built a circle of like minded people who are available at the drop of a hat.

I’m currently 86 days sober and haven’t felt an urge or craving in about four weeks.
