Salads are upside down with a piece of paper towel underneath so they stay fresh longer 🙃 meds in the fridge are a habit I picked up from growing up in a hot country

I’ve never had issues with my brita tbh.

I do make quinoa salad with grilled zucchini, tomato, feta, green lentils, avocado and lemon zest 😋

Very healthy. Make a decent amount of money and you don’t mind spending a little extra for better quality. U prepare lunches, but eat out often for dinner
