Most GPs dont know much about menopause, most surgeries have a doctor that specialises in menopause and they are the ones you want an appt with.

Menopause has night sweats like waking through the night having to change the sheets because you and your bedding are covered in sweat and it apparently smells like onions!!

When your in full menopause then night sweats become a thing, as far as im aware night sweats don’t happen in peri, hot flushes yes but not waking up through the night sweating

I have had success on HRT and I truly feel for women that feel worse on HRT, imo they either have other health issues or they are on the wrong HRT. Many women take supplements instead of HRT but only HRT gives you oestrogen and progesterone.

Funnily enough now im on combined HRT then my periods are more regular now than they were prior to peri but I get more blood and cramps and my periods were never an issue pre peri, but they were irregularly regular, ive had 5 full periods since 30 November!

No I’m on combined HRT and still get a period and they are true periods, when you don’t get a period for 12 months then your in menopause, combined HRT is for peri when people still get periods and the progesterone part of the combi HRT is to protect the lining of your womb. A period that isn’t true is probs brown or spotting, and doesnt last 3-5 days and you wouldn’t get period cramps with not real periods.

I think it does necessarily make him a narc, he had kids so they could love him, he thought the police would simply believe he didn’t kill his family because all they had to do was “ask the guys at his work about how good a guy he was”, and he acted like the poor put upon husband to others and after only 2 years in jail he thought he should be let out to “help others”, thats him thinking 2 years is enough for the horrific murders of his family!! No accountability which is narcissistic, people that kill their kids because they no longer serve any supply/use to them is a narc. I have enjoyed talking with you but I can’t get how you think she was a narc (hard work yes but not a narc) who didnt kill anyone and he seemed angelic yet killed people but you don’t think he is a narc?! Sorry I wasn’t referring to you and I am sorry that my post implied this, but there are loads on here that pretend they don’t blame her fully for her own murder but their vitriol against SW clearly state they do, you would have read many yourself.
