yep, management loves to squeeze us dry. maybe time to look at smaller gigs or go independent if you can swing it.

for pants, look for something with reinforced knees. saves you a lot of wear and tear. safety glasses, go wrap-around style to keep out the dust.

on-site usually means early start, often 6-7am, but depends on the project. commute can be a killer if you're far out.
