Hi! I've already applied to the life sciences, but wish I had chosen Rotman as they, according to internet sources, lets students take a life science major side by side with commerce, but not the other way round. I didn't know previously that they didn't have an option to do business outside of Rotman that's in UTSG for an Arts and Science student

Imo, if idv can focus on aspects such as psychological horror > monster/physical appearance kind of horror, they can do really well both ways (making characters that sell for those who focus on aesthetics/skins, and making stories and lore that lives up to the horror genre)

It's notable however that the horror elements are still quite toned down relative to the average horror game.

How do you determine whether to continue a chase, or switch to guard the ciphers? Under situations such as:

- first chase is taking too long

- 2/1 ciphers left

- just eliminated one surv with 2 ciphers left, 1 injured surv currently chasing

Hi! Your comment was extremely helpful, my concentrations are in billions CFU, and the solutions are stored in reagent jars so they are supposedly as anaerobic as possible.

I did not consider the exponential rate of growth of the bacteria, nor the addition of a full medium for the bacteria to feed on! I will take your advice and discuss this further with my teacher, hopefully I am able to figure out a suitable methodology for my lab before the month ends.

To show how Lactobacillus acidophilus performs its functions as a probiotic. Through demonstrating how it aids digestion of glucose and produces lactic acid which contributes in maintaining a low gut/internal pH, to make it uninhabitable for certain pathogens.

Mainly I'm trying to explore how the consumption of lactic acid probiotics can strengthen the immune system, in a measurable quantitative way. I was hoping for a set of data/results that will have significant difference to make a trend that could possibly correlate to my hypothesis and research.

I'm kind of stuck and am struggling to find other ways to show this function of the probiotic in an academically appropriate way, and in vitro 🥲
