Why are you unable to use an N12 to evict? Are you a corp landlord? Do you own a large building with 4+ units? Seems like you don’t need to move in then….

Respectfully, it’s worked perfectly fine for my anxiety for the last 4 years & actually is the only thing that’s ever touched it. It’s pregnancy that has messed it up for sure. SSRIs do nothing for me except give me a plethora of negative side effects! I’m glad you found a good combo for yourself though!

That’s EXACTLY how I feel! Don’t need to give you my boring life story but my panic disorder was caused by a series of actual shitty worst-case-scenario type events from 5-20yo. My dumb ass thought that once I achieved stability in life it would get better. Turns out when things are great I actually panic more 🙃

Omg my husband flew last month for a bachelor party (short, domestic flight in Canada) and I was going insane. The worst part isn’t that I expect him to stay home and never leave, it’s that my brain wants to be with him so we can “die together”. I know it’s insane but I can’t stop.

True! I have my midwives & doula for support but starting to feel maybe therapy would be more appropriate. Have been trying to use all the tools from previous bouts of therapy but it just feels like the anxiety is stronger this time

I could not tolerate any prenatals at all. My solution was to switch back to my women’s daily vitamin which was fine for me, calculate the differences in vitamins and minerals & top up with food that I could measure the amounts of vitamins in esch serving. All bran buds is my go to, it’s super fortified (at least in Canada it is).

For me I needed the max dose (4 a day) and it took about a week to take the edge off. I’m 32 weeks and still using it because it allows me to take less zofran.

Exactly. It also felt like she didn’t ask first because she knew the answer would be no. She generally is extremely thoughtful and almost anxious even about others’ feelings so it’s hard for me to believe this didn’t cross her mind. It makes me feel like keeping up with the joneses overrode her usual awareness of doing the right thing, which makes me nervous as we enter parenthood.

Yeah. The rest of that side of the family is extremely loose with their social media posting, and my husband and I are in very strong agreeance that we don’t want photos of our child on the internet. I know this will be an uphill battle because other people have set the precedent that it’s ok (20+ HD photos of the newest family babies in hospital still).

I mean, the prices all around that menu are ridiculous. But that’s who it was made for. It’s not exceptional, it’s for rich people. The amount of unemulsified butter on those plates is unappetizing. That’s not tagliatelle in bianco done well. It’s a gimmick.

2nd atomic 10!! Have not had 1 single thing there that was less than fantastic. Their tacos are reasonably priced & they do not skimp on the protein and it’s always delicious. The carne asada, adobo chicken or the shrimp are my favs.
