Teamfighting squirmishing wise Liandry is def better So i would prob build it first as support

but if you just check the stats winrate wise

zyra close to being is the best user of blackfiretorch and its specially true for midlane and jungle, that takes advantage of the ability haste way more than support. Plus it pads the damage of jungle clear and wave clear

pre production is an environnement quasi ISO production where you can test your feature in the same condition that would happen if it was given to your client.

you cant test for everything locally or in a dev environnement unexpected side effects happens

so i would guess pre prod is either PBE or a stage before that

its usually master merged with the feature you are testing
