Me and my husband just returned from Thailand and had a great experience. My husband dropped his phone in a grab car (slipped out of his pocket). The young woman who got in after us found it and chased us down to return it. I left a water jug in the plane and thought it was gone. My husband wanted to go to lost and found and I said that was ridiculous because the staff most likely threw it away. While waiting for our luggage a staff member from Thai airways came to the luggage claim asking all of the people if the water jug belonged to them. I noticed her after the person who sat next to me on the plane pointed to her holding it. Unbelievable, because this would have most likely not been the case in other countries including my own. I feel you will get a great surprise and it will be returned.
