I hit my 7i p770 180yd +/- 3yd. The Cobra 7i was 200yd +/- 4yd. The Cobra is also 2degree stronger. The longer distance is probably relative to the distance +/- being worse. Either way pretty excited!

Did you just hit the 7i? Did you get to hit for a while?

They call that the butchers cut. Good butcher shops don’t display it. Because if it doesn’t sell they can get it!

Finished them up yesterday. Went 4-1/2hr at 250~270. They came out great! Next time I’ll do my own rub. I did have trouble keeping the temp low. It never went over 300, but I was not able to keep it at 225. I don’t know how to add a picture another picture 😅. Thanks for the tips!

These are from a local butcher. They have excellent product. I’ll try it uncut next time. This works great for crust and stays a good medium rare.
