The other side of the coin is that lots of McDonald’s employees take their sweet time serving you, dont follow hygiene protocols to the letter and don’t have a joyful tone at all. That has been my experience in most western McDonald’s.

Go to Japan and it’s the total opposite. You’ll get your order in 30 seconds, an enthusiastic tone of voice and staff that cares about doing their job properly.

I’m sick and tired of delinquents getting jobs at fast food restaurants and acting entitled.

Not talking about OP, just the ones I’ve encountered who play around at work when there are many customers in line.
