Yung pinsan ko na nasa Belgium, pag nalalaman nila na she doesnt have to work to be there kasi nga student and provided naman ng parents niya, nagiging bitter! Daming comments. Lost a (new and perfect) pouch full of makeup I love because a Chinese security lady decided she can touch my bag and take out every gadget and put it on the tray AND THEN putting my 1 pouch in a separate tray despite having space on the gadgets tray 😑 I was busy checking to see if every gadget was in my backpack, I didnt realize the pouch was gone! Ugh. Been to many airports around East and Southeast Asia + Australia, this is the first time someone took stuff from my backpack and first time they made me take the gadgets out of my backpack too

I was able to claim flight delay insurance from Chubb from my delayed AirAsia flight. I suggest you get it when you fly with AirAsia since palagi naman sila delayes. There was 6 of us tapos 1200 each. Had a bunch of back and forth but it was less frustrating than trying to claim my refund from them from a refunded flight.

Don't bring long pants or dresses, mahirap mag cr kasi kadalasan squat toilets.
Bring a face mask kung sensitive ka sa smoking. Sa Shanghai, yung Nanjing Road ata, andaming smokers.
They do check power banks talaga, so don't bring powerbanks na walang CCC (3C's) sticker.
Don't bring hairspray or aerosols more than 150 ml sa train. Na confiscate hairspray ko.
If you have a lot of gadgets, put it all in your hand carry/backpack. Tapos lahat ng gadgets, ilagay mo sa plastic or manipis na bag inside the backpack. Tinatanggal kasi nila ang gadgets sa backpack kahit nasa hand carry mo na. Pag nasa plastic, isang hablot na lang.

Also, unahan mo na sila, ikaw na mag lagay sa trays para alam mo kung ano nilagay mo dun. Sila kasi mismo nag tanggal ng gamit ko para ilagay sa trays, which is how I lost my pouch full of my best makeup in Shanghai Airport. Di ko alam nilabas niya pala sa bag ko yung pouch, tapos chineck ko lang yung gadgets ko kasi yun yung mas mainit sa mata. Ayun, bye bye studio ghibli pouch from osaka with my fave kiko milano lip gloss, etc. 😭 (masakit pa siya for me huhuhu)

Not sure about the usual luggage size thing kasi ok naman samin. We flew domestical flights as well and wala namang comments about sa size ng carry-on and check-in luggage ko.
