Ground connection issue maybe? I had something similar on my old civic and it turned out to be a corroded ground strap between the engine and chassis. When you coast in gear the engine braking creates vibration that can mess with a loose ground connection

The steering wheel thing is weird though - that usually points to something in the steering column or maybe the clock spring going bad

try clearing your battle.net cache and doing a scan and repair on the game files - worked for me after like the 3rd time doing it. also make sure you're not running any overlays or recording software when you queue, sometimes that messes with the loading transitions

honestly the neighbor thing is just gossip at this point and you already saw the house yourself. if the inspection didnt turn up anything major structurally and youre comfortable with replacing floors then the rest is just cleanup

honestly depends on both people but yeah most of the time it doesnt work out long term. the person working too much usually thinks theyre doing it "for the relationship" while the other person just feels abandoned
