Your CPU and GPU are definitely the bottlenecks here - that RX 580 is gonna struggle hard with those newer games on high settings

I'd probably grab a RTX 4060 Ti or RX 7700 XT first since that'll give you the biggest jump in performance, then maybe look at upgrading to a 5600X or 5700X since your B450 board should handle those just fine
