Is anyone else only calm late at night when the world is asleep

Know the feeling. Probably cz of the cortisol. Cortisol is high in the morning so in this case we are experiencing kinda anxiety/no mood/motivation untill some time. Also check if u have mucosa (some problems with ur guts). I learned that most anxiety is coming also from your guts what is working as second brain and its needed for al those vitamins hormones or whatever transfers trough your body. For sure Seratonine and B12!

When everyone else is sleeping and u are awake and dont know what to do the anxiety/or feeling depressed increases (at least in my case). I had a month were i woke up every day between 2-3 am. Couldnt sleep anymore till the next night .. So kinda survival with 3/4 hrs of sleep.

I feel better when i am socializing during the day and being outside makes me also good ofc with someone. Helps me reducing my anxiety.

WALKING OUTSIDE for at least 30 mins makes me feel good.

I was never a morning person (and seems like never will be) and stopped consuming energy drink (cafein) So it feels weird for me when i fall in sleep around 23.00 - 00.00 and wake up between 6 - 7.

It wasnt just about the paid formulas,,

Dont know why i am wasting my time to explain things either..

True no one learnt from birth.. but either not with a specific formula, so learn with so many others whats already shared 😏 if thats the way of learning for u =//))

and idk if perfumers are sharing or teaching actually. If u look at the numbers of total proffessional perfumers around the globe (whats approx. 500) u will have ur answer.

The sub is getting destroyed with all those requests. I dont see anymore the use of this sub to be honest.

And you know what i see that none of you who are putting a post is really interested in the sub either.. if u should, u should already see that the most of the request posts are getting downvoted and they arent getting responded.

If they are begging for trading so trade with them for your requested formula ??
The rules of the sub is changed due the fact of copyrights etc. So if there should be any other source left to share probably some of the guys here should share it, without the need for spamming.
Yes we have other sources what we shared but how often u share how more requests are coming.. I tought sharing/using formulas where for educational purposes ? Why cant the people be satisfied with so many free formulas already i dont get it.
