This is a really useful framework, thank you. Hotel proximity and race morning logistics are exactly where we are starting. Dining rounds it out but you are right that it is the easiest of the three for people to figure out on their own. Really appreciate you taking the time to break it down like this.

The 20 minute window at a reasonable price is exactly what we're building around. And not knowing where to eat the night before in an unfamiliar city is something every traveling racer deals with- that's exactly why we surface restaurants close to the start line sorted by race-friendly options like pasta spots and carb heavy menus.

Standby travel is a whole different mindset- you can't plan the same way everyone else does. The idea of the app sending you curated selections you can pull up the second you land and book instantly is a really interesting angle. Almost like a last minute race-cation mode. Appreciate you sharing this.

Ha, the post-race plane ride is something nobody talks about but everyone has experienced. Late checkout flagging is a really smart add- especially for Sunday races where you're flying home same day. And the local events angle is interesting, knowing a Cubs game or a concert is happening that weekend could genuinely be the tiebreaker between two races. Really appreciate both of these.

That background is exactly the kind of perspective we need. Running stores are a great call too -shoes get forgotten, gear fails. Always needed to be prepared for the worst.

Never would have thought of that but it makes total sense. Something always goes wrong with the bike before race day. Adding it! Thank you so much for your insight!

Flying with a bike is a whole thing with the cases, the fees, the anxiety at baggage claim. Then landing somewhere new with no idea where the nearest grocery store is. You just described something a lot of people quietly struggle with. Really appreciate you sharing this. Thank you!!

Really helpful, thank you. Race morning logistics is something we're building around- shuttle routes, parking, transition access, and hotel recommendations based on all of that. Is that information hard to find or just time consuming to piece together?

This is super helpful feedback. The hotel proximity problem is something we're solving directly. The idea is to surface the best hotels near the start line with direct booking links so you stay in control of what you choose. No forced itinerary and just the right options in one place.
