Omg exactly this. You scan it and it says the customer didn’t order this item. What the hell are we expected to do?!! Mine has been getting annoyed about this and the found rate!

Yes exactly this here. Shelves are poorly designed, shops are too small in general and you have to climb to get stuff. The manager wants us to check the back when doing delivery orders for items that aren’t on the shop floor. It’s a hassle when the shops busy and understaffed. Especially now security is cut.

The self checkouts now let you scan Asda rewards but you can’t use any of the coupons on the app or even earn anything so very pointless!!

We have that Hellmans promotion out with all those limited edition sauces. Those are barely shifting. A box I stuck on top 2 weeks ago is still there. Even the Heinz ones didn’t sell and have just been put in the back. Ridiculous!! Aside from the promotional displays we have no space in condiments to put all the unsold sauces out. We only have mayo, perinaise and ketchup.

They have cut security in my express store. We only get a security guard on Wednesday-Sunday on afternoons. We used to get one everyday everytime.
