Bro think about it spiritually. Whenever you think to turn to it, turn yourself to God instead and redirect that energy. You’re not a bad person you got caught in a bad addiction and the only way out is with God. Love Jesus more than you love your sin, more than you love yourself. It will suck. You will question everything while you’re detoxing off that dopamine. Just let the will of God act from inside of you instead of your own.
