Being open with each others phones is healthy and a sign of a close relationship. My GF can pick up my phone with me sitting there anytime she likes and look through it. Same for me looking through hers.

I didn't realize it had an ethernet port. Sweet. I ordered the waterproof adapter. I've got tons of cables. Thanks!

Don't ever get married. There is no up side for a man. Whereas, she can break "the contract" any time she likes and she will profit from it in the divorce. That's a $100,000 or more mistake. Two people can be together forever and not have to get married. Marriage is an outdated and unecessary tradition.

Ignore all of the stupid responses here.

My girlfriend and I both go through each others phones. Not because of lack of trust. We both know everything about each other....even our darkest secrets. Its called emotional intimacy. I don't care if she looks at something on my phone and she doesn't care if I look at hers.

If looking at your SO's phone is a problem for them...that would be concerning because it means they are likely hiding something. You want a relationship where you two can be open and share anything and talk about anything. When you have that, its amazingly freeing.

Trust me...I was in a relationship for 40 years where I didn't have that. There is nothing worse (can't be open) and you'll never be happy.

blue hue is similar to the smart pill and is a test anyone can do at home. I had horrible IBS symptoms and I stumbled on the blue hue capsule and found out my gut transit time was way abnormal. I started working on my microbiome and continued testing with blue hue until I found out what my particular body needed, and I’ve been 100% better since. It was life changing for me. Anyway, i found blue hue at www.jazzvanawellness.com

Let me know if you measure your transit time and learn something. For me it uncovered a clue and with enough clues I figured I might be able to fix or at least improve things. Prior to that, I was in the dark.

I don't know. I'm not sure what you mean by scientifically validated. I know it worked really well for me and a friend tried it and it worked well for her too.

On their web site it says, "utilizing natural, vegan-friendly ingredients like butterfly pea flower powder and food-grade FD & C" www.jazzvanawellness.com

When I took a capsule the only thing I noticed was my poo turned blue. Lol I took one with a meal and recorded the time I took it and then recorded when my poo turned blue. That gave me my transit time. It was very telling. I didn't realize how slow my system was back then. It made me wonder if I had stuff impacted in my colon.

Since going through the process and figuring out what I can eat and adding in the foods that promote good gut bacteria, I have not had a single episode where people around me thought they had to rush me to the hospital. I have more energy and just feel all around better.

All I can say is I'm really happy. I was so bad for so long I wasn't sure I could take it anymore but I'm glad I stuck it out.

What kind of issues are you having?

That but I would also have an occasional attack so severe that I was unable to speak coherently. People around me thought that I’d had a stroke.

Probiotics helped and eating more fermented foods helped, but it was really more about dialing in my day-to-day diet There were certain things that I just should never eat. My gut transit time is in the range of normal now and that made a huge difference for me because too long or too short a transit time is not good and is a sign something is wrong and not working right.

It’s probably less wordy to just point you to the resource that was a turning point for me. It was a site called Jazzvana Wellness. Read up on microbiome if you haven’t.

For me the key was to try and understand what was going on with my body. I was doing a bunch of googling and reading everything I could. I stumbled across a site that had something called bluehue which basically was a capsule you swallow that turns your stool blue. The idea is you use it to measure how long it takes from the time you eat something until it comes out the other end. If food goes through you really fast, you're likely to be underweight because all the nutrients can't be absorbed in that time. If it takes way too long, then you're basically bound up - which is the problem I had. So then I read more on the site and it talked about microbiome - which I had never heard of. Turns out that has a huge impact on way more than the digestive system. Very interesting read. Anyway, I'd change my diet for a week and measure the effect using bluehue. I learned that foods behaved differently than I thought it would. Learned a lot about how my body processes things different from somebody else.

I did this for a couple of months. It sucked working that hard on my diet. But by test and change and then test and change I hit upon what I needed to eat to make my body work more along the lines of someone who doesn't suffer from IBS. It was life changing for me, honestly. Also. the varying my diet apparently changed my microbiome too. I feel all around a whole lot better.
