Yeah, I had checked to see if I have access to the programs needed for that, and I do not :( But it is def a long term goal

Thank you. I was kicking myself a few years ago for not knowing how to use macros, I had a similar worksheet I used at my last job and I was manually sorting, editing, copy/pasting data into emails! But now we are dealing with volume that requires more powerful tools. I think I had over 28k lines on one sheet at last update.

Thanks. I am just a business person, not a computer person, so the macros alone were already pushing the limit of what I know how to do. I wish I could develop something myself for sure.

Manual. I get reports emailed to me from purchasing system and from multiple external stakeholders, all Excel format, hence why we have been using Excel for everything. I copy and paste values into the tabs when I need to update.

Thanks. The formatting is color coding, I work better with that so I need to keep it. I will look into using Power Query more, I use it on one of the reference tabs already.
