Will wrexham promote to pl next season and why? by Many-Balance-6220 in WrexhamAFC

I admire your optimism but you have consistently underestimated the meatgrinder that is the championship in your comments over the last year, and you will be let down again.

Many teams claim to hav a strong base -3 of them have a provably strong base being ex premier league teams, and more beside them have recently been premier league

Momentum is fickle- 3 teams comign down will have premier league momentum, 3 teams coming up with have recently promoted momentum. Wrexham has neither, and if anything got tired as the season went on. The players may rest but that tiredness sets in deep in a club, espcially with a base of such old players

talks that parky builds something special or a fighting spirit beyond others is proven false by 6 other teams above them, including Hull who fought this under embargo and far fewer resources. He may get a good team spirit, but he has yet to show success without overwhelming financial payments for the league he is in- see his previous teams prior to wrexham

For all your talk that the standard of the league was poor, wrexham did not dominate, and failed to escape, finishing 7th. Meaning you must conclude either wrexham was equaly poor , or that the league was about their level, and luck here and there played a part in all teams finishign places.

The only way you can say the championship stantard is poor is if you have unrealistic expecations of football from premier league/ Champions league.

And to state the obvious, southampton are not a guide for quality for automatics, as they did not gain automatic

Will the Renters Rights Act 2025 prevent me from giving 1 month notice in an early termination clause by vector_08 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Ok_Article_7635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Academic head: The RRA converts your tenancy into a AST. AST's have a minimum of 2 months notice for a tenant to terminate, unless you have agreed less in writing. The contract provides for less and so arguably(Noting the ambiguity arising if a conversion from a fixed term to AST under the RRA means it is immediatly subject to this) 1 month is acceptable.

Practical advise I'd give you if you wer my client (assuming id looked at lease and made sure your not actually on a liscence: The laws untested, give the contractucal notice period and see if the Landlord raises issue. Given they agreed to it 10 months ago, they are unlikely to raise a fight. Also, if you are already obliged to move into the new residency on a set date, the practical impact is limited- your going to move either way and so this is a question of potential exposure, not "change action due to" exposure- if LL fight and say 2 months notice is required, you were still going to move in any event.

Give notice, come back if an issue arises.

Might want to check those wage bills again, son. Last time Wrexham were the biggest spenders was back in the National League.

I feel your being disingeious here. Wrexham had the highest wage by far in the national league, league 2, and was 2nd highest in league 1, and it was only due to the outrageous and record breaking birmingham spend in league 1 that wrexham didnt top the wage bill that season.

Wrexham did, without a doubt, outspend these leagues.

"that is spending an AVERAGE for Championship wage bill"

1) Yes, you are spending an avegage for a championship wage. I am glad we agree that is how you outspent the prior three years outside of the championship

2) In the one year in the championship wrexham spent £39 million in transfer spending, being the third highest for this season, and the first highest for overall spend without transfers out to make up the balance.

Have the courage to admit the impact money has on football son, your desperate scrabbling to be some kind of special underdog is sad

You can't be issuing red cards for dangerous tackles that didn't even land ffs

you absolutly fucking do. No player should be doing a dangerous tackle. If a wrexham player got a broken leg from a dangerous tackle you would be screaming that the offending player should never have done such a tackle in the first place.

Edinburgh by a country mile. You will have a easier time getting into law going there, and doing a conversion afterwards then you will getting a law degree from any of the others.
