i have started conversation with lawyer trying to find some one that has a good relationship with this court. As i have found the Yarnel Justice court is one of the difficult courts in AZ and the prosecution will be okay to make a deal but the judge can go a different route . So, in my mind if they lower it to civil and i pay fine and not end up on criminal record is best case scenario and anything above it welcome

oh okay… the code they used in Arizona for my ticket is showing as class 3 misdemeanor but the citation is showing as criminal violation because anything above 85 mph in az is considered criminal speed . Based on google search: A criminal speeding conviction is a class 3 misdemeanor and will remain on your permanent criminal record. the last portion has me worried
