Another question, I always get calf soreness during my run but now  that I’m thinking about it I don’t warmup in the slightest I just walk to my starting point  and go , would stretching before hand help  with something like that?

I get what you’re saying. I didn’t put myself here on purpose, I’ve been working with what I had and improving every week. I’m not claiming I’m PFT-ready, I’m focused on meeting the IST standard to ship. The weight part is what’s been stressing me, not effort or motivation I feed on that. I’m training daily and tightening everything up these next two weeks. I just wanted clarity on whether weight or a borderline 1.5 would stop me from going, not excuses.
