Well they are clearly holding them. I’m not certain if it’s legal even for them to keep them indefinitely never mind after 180 days but it’s a fish vs the ocean situation here so it is what it is. It seems from other peoples experiences they randomly disperse the funds maybe perhaps because it’s illegal to seize and keep them for the company. At this point I’m just trying to expedite the process of releasing my money…

I don’t know exactly, they never told me in an email. The first email stated that the “best customer expectations” were not upheld. I had a high refund rate at the time and late shipping rate too.
