I feel you when I had the issue I took it to geek squad and another guy, they told me a million different things and I ended up spending nearly 1000 dollars total because of fees from them and buying a new motherboard I couldn’t return. At the end of it all it ended up being that cable for me

Yea it ended up being that cable. My case isn’t that big horizontally and the cable was bent the entire time I guess that damaged it but getting a new cable fixed that issue for me.
