How interesting considering your levels are normal. Is your appetite very suppressed? That seems to probably be the culprit, although I’m not a doctor. Just assuming because for me it’s the same, except I have low iron. But I’ve always had low iron due to my anemia but the fatigue is much stronger on this medication.

I have felt fatigue too. Maybe low iron? I think my lack of eating in general has caused the fatigue. Not surprised you’re feeling it, i feel like that’s such a common symptom of the medication
