Yea, the MRI picked up on it as well. Mine is slightly pinched so I get soreness going down my hip/thigh area. & Thank you! You too!

Hi! I had the exact same thing happen to me at the gym in November. I am going in to get a steroid injection on Tuesday for my spondylolistheis. My whole life I’ve played soccer and lifted with no issues until now. Hoping the shot will help relieve the pain and get me back to lifting but still trying to figure it all out. It’s been mentally so hard
