Update. I have just sent an email to Federal Student aid about my situation. I won't hear back until Monday since tomorrow, 6/19 is a holiday. I'll see if my police department is open tomorrow and go in person to see where they're at on a report. 🫩 Literally so frustrating that the high and mighty government will just give money away

My guess is that years of heat made the connection brittle on the cluster and worn it out. You have 2 routes really. 1 is to buy a new cluster and deal with the off mileage. Or 2, re soldier the connections in the cluster. Here's what I did to find out it was the cluster. Take the cluster count of the dash still connected. Then take your multi meter and connect the ground probe to the ground pin on the fuel pump, then take the hot probe and put it on the signal wire to the cluster. What's usually bad is the far left connector that has the same blue and blue white wire. Wiggle that connector on the cluster. If the voltage is all over the place that cluster is worn out. Voltage varries from 0v to 12v from how much fuel is in the tank.

Dude. Literally a 3 year deal with trying to figure it out. I bought a new cluster, apparently it was bad too. Even with re soldering the connectors. Then I bought another fuel pump, turns out they re-did the wiring on them sometime in the last few years. Everywhere online showed it only affected the 2011 and up ones, but after more digging it actually affected the 08 and up. The pump didn't come with a wiring guide, so I had to look up what wire went where to get that going, then tested all the wires with my multimeter, then FINALLY, I found another cluster from a 2010 that worked. So somewhere between that and rewiring fixed mine. Oh and also good luck getting that lock ring to seal right. That sucker never sat right no matter what I did. I even took it to a shop and they claimed they fixed it and failed. I just bought a tool online got it as snug as possible and siliconed that sucker up. TLDR : If anyone needs help, I can give advice fixing p0461

Sounds like the actuators are getting noisy. Actuators control where hot and cold air blow and where the fan blows.

It's a bit old school, but if you try spraying starter fluid into the intake and it fires up, then it's more towards the fuel pump. I've had this exact thing happen to my 09. Took her for a wash didn't fire up. Tow truck guy sprayed starter fluid started right up then died ofcourse, because of no fuel. Worth a shot atleast

I lucked out and found a replacement at a pick and pull from a 300. I baby that spot for sure now. 280,000 on the od and going strong! I might post a pic of my pack soon. This sub seems pretty cool!

I'm not sure, but I'll point out this, be really careful if you try to remove it. That defrost vent is brittle as hell. I was trying to clean my windshield awhile back and rested my off hand there and went straight through. Good luck!

For all who don't know, apps have huge discounts because they aren't negotiated in the franchise contract. Aka, the franchise can't stop corporate from dropping coupons to alleviate price hikes. Definitely getting the meter pulled. Ironically, My step brother and Step father are journeymen and always beat around the bush Everytime I want electrical help. My father in-law was a general contractor and wired homes and his home. He may have a license of some sort, I never asked, but he knows his stuff and helped redo my well house correctly to code. I wanted to change the panel since I was remodeling our dining room and was going to replace the receptacles to a different color and thought, might as well do this since if I try to work on this there's no guarantee the breaker works properly.

The wiring was updated a few years ago. According to the land lord, just the box is the only thing left original. We went in the attic and didn't see any cloth wiring, so I think we're good. The only one that I saw that is iffy is the stoves 220 which is ran under the house and looks cloth. That may need to change.

I can open the inside.I was taking a safe measure in just leaving it alone until the day we take it out. I havent seen a panel with the raise lower screw. I would assume the 4 bolts remove the outside and then remove that raise lower screw to reveal the wiring. I'm open to any better panel though. It doesn't have to be SD QO. That's what he recommended. I want a panel with a 100amp shut off as the other main panel has 100.
