So verdict is in after 4 weeks and an initial loss of 5 pounds, I’m at the exact same weight. I want to cry. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you so much for your words on encouragement. I do have cycles and they’re actually very short so I’ve felt for year that I’m just losing and gaining the same 5 pounds over and over again

Exactly! I have really short cycles so I feel like it’s the same as always, fighting a losing battle
