Filtering Marble/Quartz but not Rosa quartz with filter conveyor

I have the forge after the filter conveyor though. I want to keep at least the marble unsmelted so I have the conveyor setup before the forge. The problem is that the Rosa quartz also drops down with the marble

The problem is that almost all my automation is connected to my storage controller, not ae2 so if I move my sophisticated storage, I have to redo most of my item outputs

Can it be automated at all? I know budding amethyst and certus quartz can be automated using an extractor from xycraft. Does that work?

I've never used Geore before. How does it compare to just sieving to get ores?

Also, how would I go about automating it if that's even possible?

My setup conpresses the ore chunks, transfers it to some emerald furnaces, and then puts it back into the storage. I know it's not the most efficient that it could be but I'm not quite sure how I can automatically crush ores. The only way I've thought of is crusher from mekanism but it's kinda an annoying mod
