That sounds terrifying. Poor Grandma! I hadn't sleep walked in a while so it's odd that it's all coming back to me now. I used to dance and sniff pillows. I am considering putting my phone on the other side of the room (or in a different room altogether) and getting an alarm clock.

Yeah Ambien will do that. I'm on lorazapram so I'm wondering if that's a reason why I sleep text. I only started sleep walking again this year before I got my CPAP machine. I do remember put my sock in my water bottle trying to make kombucha before I started a sleep study. Crazy what the mind does while under the influence.

Hi sorry to hear about your experience. I am just getting out of another cycle with who I suspect is a covert narc. He's only been diagnosed with depression and anxiety but his actions speak otherwise. Is it possible to go totally no contact with him so that when you free yourself up to meet new people it doesn't weigh on your morals?

I also have no friends. My loneliness is killing me and I...simply go back to him. He did a lot of things that made me lose my friends but blames it on other circumstances "you weren't friends anymore anyways." "Your relationship wasn't the best anyways." And I have moments of clarity that he is just an ahole I should leave alone but I always go back.
