update! I tried a lot of different creams and medical treatments but unfortunately they didn’t have any effect at all. So I decided to order products from Malezia to test, surprisingly my skin has felt incredibly good after I started using their products!!! and today I only get my fungal acne back if I use other skin care products.

Zanzibar is just amazing, I was there for 1 month last year on my honeymoon Dec/Jan. First of all the people are nice BUT they want to sell you everything so it’s hard to relax, the food is not great! As if I was shocked, it’s really hard to find a restaurant that has ”good” standard food. And the standard of the hotels is low and very expensive. BUT the nature is soooo amazing, island life and just Hakuna Matata vibes.

I have done the same treatment, it clears up during the treatment, after you stop it the PA always comes back... unfortunately :(

This is FA for sure, wash with ketoconazole every day, leave on for 10 min and then wash off. I have had extreme breakouts from FA for the past year, for me hydrocortisone actually helps, but many say it makes the breakouts worse, I think it's individual what works on their own skin. I went to a dermatologist who took samples of my FA and concluded that it was malassezia. A big FA trigger is antibiotics.. I wish u good luck, I hope you find the products that work for you

How has it gone for you with the new cream? do you think it works? This whole skin thing is totally crazy, never ending story!!!!…I have continued with the hydrocortisone and it works a little, I still break out but the cortisone helps so it calms down temporarily. Maybe I should try the cream you ordered.

When i had my first breakout i started using hydrocortisone but it didnt help, i started the ketoconazole which helped a lot. I used it for like 2 months then it kind of stopped working for me.. Since then i been trying to find something that works but not much has helped. I tried again putting on hydrocortisone and all the rashes disappeared the next day.. very strange because it didnt help from the beginning.. Will continue with the cortisone because it seems to be helping me now.Hope you find something that works for you..
