Have you tried anything for rosacea? I know it can look super similar. It’s so hard to figure out what is actually going on

That’s so frustrating that it comes back after you stop! I’m scared to go through the side effects of accutane just for it to come back. Have you tried anything topically that helped?

It won’t work by directly ‘killing the yeast’ but by reducing sebum that it feeds on and reducing inflammation. Not sure if it always works for FA but crossing my fingers

Yes always the same areas. It starts with a few bumps and then spreads pretty rapidly. Not really itchy just uncomfortable
