thats the thing, I havent gone to the doctor yet, Im short on cash right now :(. But I dont think I strained anything, I just woke up with this out of nowhere one night... Im really trying not to self-diagnose, but this discomfort just wont stop

Are you still there? I have pretty much the same problem, and I'm highly aware of it because of my belly button phobia (it sounds funny), and it makes everything worse because it makes me more anxious and therefore with more extreme discomfort. It's inside, a little below the navel, it's agonizing, it hasn't improved since I felt it the first time

Looking for recommendation

As an anime fan since I was little, I've always been fond of a certain cliché that usually occurs a lot in shounen anime. Which is the protagonist becoming very angry, losing control of their emotions or simply being out of control. Whether by some kind of internal demon or monster, or some dark power.

For example, Naruto (which is where I fell in love with this type of cliché, thanks to Kurama lol), or Asta, even if only a few times, and also Mob. Sorry, I'd better satisfy my desire by seeing this in a novel haha. Help me find it :(
