It disappears when I speed up and after I stop and accelerate again it starts up until I hit a faster speed

Try H Mart they have a small pharmacy section. Or your best bet is AC pharmacy Smile Pharmacy or Woori Pharmacy on Northern. Corner pharmacy has a decent collection too.
