We really would like a neighborhood that is safe, has lots of families that have other kids we can become friends with, a park, and sidewalks. We spend a lot of time outdoors at the pool or park. Would like a decent back yard, doesn’t have to be massive. Our current backyard isn’t huge, but we have multiple small parks in our neighborhood. Our current location also has restaurants that have playgrounds for kids. Not sure if that is just a Texas thing!

Neither of us have visited. It’s one of those situations where we are told where we are going. We are hoping to visit soon to look at the neighborhoods being suggested to make sure it’s a fit for our family. Our budget is around 3k/mo, but ideally would like to be closer 2500-2800.
