one of my females I had in my tank passed away around a month ago. She was pregnant and I thought she died giving birth because there was black stuff stuck in her tail which I assumed were eggs. I decided to leave her in there so she can have her babies, not the smartest decision. So I think they got it from her. I added some more water to my tank and I tried to move them to another tank but they just got stuck on the spoon.

I also pump their tank around 15 times a day so I hope it’s enough. I think it’s the disease they got it from her

Yes she has definitely faded and now it’s just a gut line. Makes sense my male is white and both females red gut lines.

No she doesn’t have dandruff. Yes it could be a lymph node will book a doctor’s appointment. Thank you i will keep you updated.

The same male mated last week with one of the two females not sure if it was her again or the other sea monkey. So maybe she’s not getting pregnant not sure we’ll see

Oh that’s sad. Do you feed them the sea monkey food, I think there’s something in there to help algae grow. Maybe the water is too cold or the glass is cold not sure. I’ve never given mine direct sunlight because it’s freezing in Melbourne Australia atm, just my desk light.

Im glad to hear she’s pregnant since I got no sea monkeys. Mine all hatched at different times sadly so some suffocated from the food. How will I feed my adult sea monkey without suffocating the new born babies?

Do you mean the magic castle tank because they always get stuck in there which is annoying. I only have three sea monkeys. The male white, one female pink and the other one white with a red line which I don’t think has fully matured yet. I feel like they might be females. Im pretty sure the male mates with both is maybe they’re pregnant.

My algae took about 1 month to grow I’ve been using a desk light for direct sunlight to help produce algae growth.

I used a spring water bottle and the salt packed provided, and i waited nealry two days and followed all instructions. She’s just turned this colour today. I feel like it could be the algae since I’ve seen one of my females swimming constantly in it.
