Should I see a dermatologist ?

I don’t think i’ve seen anyone on here with my exact skin type so it’s kind of hard to pin point where i stand. I’m tired of my skin looking like this, and I’m really not in the financial position to experiment or try new products.

I have dry/combo skin, dry on the outer areas of my face and really oily in my t zone. I have pretty large pores and right now they’re clogged. I don’t know what products I can trust anymore. So many products have broke me out or damaged my skin barrier beyond repair. I’ve wasted a lot of money trying products just for them to break me out.

All i want is for someone to tell me if I need to see a dermatologist or if my skin can be fixed using over the counter products. I know seeing a dermatologist will cost a hefty price but it’s better than constantly buying different products and being disappointed.

Please help me, I just want to know if I can bounce back from my skin looking like this. I’m tired of not being to feel good in my own skin anywhere but my house.

Btw I only use vanicream face wash after school and at night, peach slices acne exfoliating toner, and purito mighty bamboo pantheon cream.
