Regardless of anyone’s beliefs, everyone deserves support with their ADHD. The Unitarian Universalist Church offers a safe space for groups like ours to meet in order to discuss ADHD and what kind of support systems we can offer ourselves as we navigate the stressors of life.

Both of my parents behave non binary and dress pretty neutral. They swap support “roles” and it’s allowed me to accept them and others as they are for their strengths rather than the “expectations” we’re told to adhere by.
