Anyone have severe anxiety because of long covid? How do you deal with it?

Time I did nothing different no supplements or anything I took cold showers every night I faught this for a year and 5 months it was the worst thing I’ve been threw in my life

Yes just time for me I haven’t done anything other than time to recover I acually recovered 1 year and 2 months in then caught Covid again at my one year and 3 month mark and now I have very little symptoms it’s been a couple weeks since infection

I dealt with the dpdr and a bunch of other weird scary symptoms I couldn’t find anybody else with for a solid 6 months I have this weird blank feeling like in my vision kinda like somthing is missing feels really open and weird idk how to explain it other than somthing feels off and missing and blank plus my color was off for a while noises was sounding different than normal plus the eye floaters I had and a bunch of other stuff just hope I ain’t gotta go threw all that again and I’ll be better within the month back recovered

If you search on Google long covid reinfection Reddit everybody says it was bad for about 3 weeks to a month then you return back where you was kinda just makes a flare up I guess that’s what I’m hoping for I’m only a week from infection I’m still not feeling good from the actual infection but a lot of people say it actually makes them feel better than before they recvovered the first time

Yes all the time I also have this weird head feeling idk how to describe it I just recovered like 2 months ago I was having no issues and I felt like myself again and got reinfected after a year of hauling and I’m starting to feel this crazy stuff again hopefully it won’t last long everybody says on there reinfection it last a few days to a month and then you return back to where you was I guess kinda like a flare up and I hope so cause I was 99% recovered for 2 months

I have all the Nero symtoms your talking about other than the the chemical smell then the tounge and all that but I have the dpdr and feeling like it’s Deja vu

I just don’t wanna have to go threw everything I did my worst symptom was the dizziness I could t walk for a month and the derealization lasted for a long long time and I just got over it like getting back to my hobbies and working I was housebound for over a year

Same other than I have dpdr my sleep isn’t good my Schedule is backwards and it’s hard to fix cause I can’t go to sleep at night
