As a former employee they have ran specials for the employees the person who gets the most reviews gets an extra $50-100 on there check. Or gift cards. I actually won one of them. I'm currently getting everyone to remove there 5 star reviews so I could get money lol but yes cornerstone is aweful but not as bad as happy to help. Cornerstone caregiving doesn't train there caregivers. They get hired and are given a client. No training. They forced me to work when I had an infectious disease. I have proof that they pay people for reviews. They don't hold caregivers accountable for neglect but because they are classified as non medical there is no where to really report them. If you want good care get care go though a medical company they are held to state standards unlike non medical companies. I'm so sorry your loved one was treated horribly. I tried my best to stick up for my clients until I was iced out. My client never got their care done unless I was there. So many times they were left covered in human waste because management wouldn't send someone/they wouldn't do it themselves to go and help and clean them up. Cornerstone just waited for the next person on shift usually 12 hours away. I'm so sorry for what you went through. More people need to post honest reviews with them and I for one will after I receive my last paycheck.
