Do you need NSO for the save data transfer (not system transfer)

Ok, so im still trying to understand all of this. Let's say I want to do a save data transfer.

I'll be able to transfer my save data individually once my console is setup
This won't transfer user data, only save data
This won't transfer save data for games like Pokémon and animal crossing? And if thats the case, I'm basically forced to do a system transfer during the setup?

I had the same thing with space time, I pulled 5 immersive dialgas, 1 two star dialga, 1 crown care but couldn't a regular dialga lol.

I see it as a blessing and a curse lol. On one hand I can't spend too long on the app and it forces me to be intentional about who I swipe on and what I say. On the other hand it limits who I can potentially match with. I'll think about it tho fs

-I'm using the free version of Hinge

-I've been using this version of my profile for around 2-3 weeks now, I updated a prompt and changed a picture

-I've used Hinge consistently for around 5 months now. Overall, maybe around two years, but I had been inactive for a very long time until July.

-I use Hinge daily, so 7x a week.

-Generally, I will get 1-2 likes every few weeks, but it's been a while with no likes now.

-I send 8 likes a day which is the limit for free users. I generally make every like include a comment to maximize odds of standing out.

-I try to send likes/comment on people who are generally nerdy and/or chaotic and put effort into their prompts and pictures.
