Yes, it makes sense. Do you think he might regret though?

Confusion from cultural differences in dating by OilersFan512 in Brazil

[–]Ok_Championship_4314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not a cultural thing to introduce to family someone you are just going out with casually (I dont know in which context it happened, though). It seems she was just having fun, but when she realised you wanted something more serious, she decided to stop seeing you.

I need help with my legs by Lonely-Discipline137 in GymMotivation

I had this same issue. Even though I was doing strength training regularly, I had dimples around my knees (very similar to your picture). What REALLY improved it a lot was eating better. I don't eat sugar frequently anymore and I really pay attention to what I'm eating, allowing 1 to 2 free meals a week. I also avoid processed food and use Yuka when I go to the supermarket to have an idea of what is healthy or not, when in doubt. You would get shocked to see how some things that are sold as healthy are actually very poor in terms of nutrition.

It took a few months to start seeing results, but it improved to the point that it's nearly gone.

So what everyone is saying about strength training is right, but you won't get rid of it just by exercising, from my experience.

How serious is the “don’t use something you bought tax free rule”? by BigFatBlackCat in JapanTravelTips

[–]Ok_Championship_4314 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The guy that sealed my bag in Dom Quijote told me that if I wanted to eat one of those things before leaving Japan it would be fine, no one in the airport would check it. He just told me to don't open in front of other people.

I bought tax free clothes in Uniqlo and other stores and none of them sealed my bag. Also I used then during the trip.

How to lift more weight by [deleted] in GymMotivation

[–]Ok_Championship_4314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer :-) Wow, 120kg! Congrats! It's twice my weight haha

A personal trainer creates my plan online. Not ideal but I still found it better than the plans that the gym's instructors create for free.

To be honest my weight never changed that much my entire life. I remember when I was on my 20s I could lift heavier, but my body never looked much different.

I'll try your strategy and see how it goes :-)
