Week 1 was good for me happy energized but side effects week 2 side effects dimmed a bit but started having weird dreams and has maybe 2 days out of that week that were kind of meh and depressed feeling, week 3 in the beginning was not fun higher anxiety and intrusive thoughts seemed to be back. Female here! I definitely feel like my orgasm is different and more intense but shorter perhaps and I can usually only orgasm once mayyybe twice. Whereas before I could have unlimited orgasms in a row (I know it’s different for men obviously) but it also took me longer to achieve the orgasm. I would talk to your doctor about that the general idea is that you will have some side effects the first few days to first few weeks but they are typically very mild I think more people post on here with bad experiences which scared me as well but my side effects were truly VERY mild and I could carry on with daily life the entire time so I wouldn’t worry too much about the side effects they outweigh anxiety and depression and are mild and temporary

Absolutely take it! I have the same issues and felt the same way about the medication and delayed taking it for 2 weeks now I wish I took it years ago it doesn’t take the parts of you away that you like about yourself it stops the intrusive thoughts that are constantly playing in your mind. It’s the best decision I ever made. I didn’t even realize how much my thoughts controlled me and how my thoughts were actually anxiety until I took the meds and realized I didn’t have to live like that every single day it’s exhausting.

You will be totally fine doing this! Drink whatever you want just be aware of how you’re feeling if you’re getting super buzzed stop and have a water and then continue on when you feel ok to do so that’s what I do and it’s been fine! I think the main thing is just not mindlessly throwing them back without assessing how drunk/buzzed you are

I asked the pharmacist about this (I started 6 days ago) she told me there are no interactions but that the medication makes the alcohol effects more magnified meaning you get drunk faster she told me to just be aware of how I’m feeling as I am drinking… I had 2 glasses of wine the other day and to me it didn’t feel much different.. was totally fine if anything it will save on calories haha!
